PERRINI MINE CALIFORNIA
A Mine on the Border
Unoccupied Historic Mine
Mono County
Circa Early 1900’s
The Perrini Mine, located only a handful of feet inside of California, is part of the Masonic Mining District which was founded in the early 1900’s. Evidence found during our exploration indicates that the Perrini was an organized mining operation.

The first building we came upon was hidden in the trees above the trail

Two other mine buildings were found right on the trail

Ruins in the wash, Possible where low grade ore was seperated

Slowly the buildings are loosing their battle with the elements
